This standard I-Beam and Concrete Slab bridge crosses De Soto Creek in the town of De Soto.
Built in 1915, the bridge consists of a single I-Beam span, along with a pair of standard concrete spans on either side. The entire bridge is set on concrete substructures.
This type of bridge is very common on mainlines of railroads. Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition, unlike other bridges which are in poor repair along this line.
